Brands need to give their fans a reason to follow them on social media – and pushing a product or service isn’t it. Your potential customers want to feel something. They want to relate to the people behind the brand.
There are many ways to get creative with your content when sharing your brand stories over social media – but video will always be one of our favourite mediums. The use of video allows brands to show who they are in a truly authentic way. Sometimes the messaging is obvious – like in Nikon’s video “The Day” – other times, it’s much more subtle – as you can see in the “Go All Day” clip by Gatorade.
