A. There are many different scheduling platforms that you can use to help schedule and manage your social media channels. HootSuite and TweetDeck both offer free solutions to get you up and running. They also offer mobile apps so you can stay on top of the channels while you are away from your computer.
Social Media Tip: First, make sure that you are using the channels that your customers are on. It is better to be on a few channels and have a consistent presense than to stretch yourself too thin across several channels. Second, while scheduling regular tweets and posts is helpful, it is important to also interact with your clients in real time. Too many scheduled tweets/posts will feel staged and not genuine.
